We dispatch most orders within 1 or 2 working days after payment has cleared and they should be delivered within 3 - 5 working days, depending on your location. This may be slightly longer during holiday periods and other busy times such as Christmas. Distance selling regulations require us to inform you that you should allow 28 days for your order to arrive, but we usually deliver items within a few working days. Please use the delivery comments field to record specific requirements. Items not currently in stock, unless otherwise specified, will normally be sent within 21 days. International orders are generally received in under 28 days. We use first class recorded delivery and couriers which, in the majority of cases, is next working day.

2. Returns Policy

By ordering online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g. where you purchase for someone else) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by emailing us at enquiries@safarigear.biz up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party.

Own Purchase

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in good order in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your goods.

Gift Purchase

After you have received your gift, you can return any item to us for a refund in credit vouchers or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your gift.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred; where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred; where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

SafariGear has made every effort to ensure that all products sent to you are of the highest quality and we are certain you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you need to exchange or return anything please use this Returns and Exchanges Form. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please return all items in sale condition and with original labels and packaging.
